DIODE PENYEARAH FR (Fast Recovery) - (untuk sirkit SMPS/Horisontal) Catatan :
- Makin kecil angka recovery time (ns) berarti makin tinggi kemampuan untuk dipakai pada sirkit frekwensi tinggi.
- Sirkit horisontal bekerja pada frekwensi 15.625 Kz
- Sirkit SMPS ada yang bekerja pada frekwensi sekitar 35Kz tetapi ada pula yang bekerja pada frekwensi hampir 100Khz.
- Jadi kalau mengganti diode untuk sirkit SMPS kecuali lihat data arus (A), tetepi juga harus dilihat data recovery time-nya (ns). Nilai (ns) paling tidak sama – atau dapat digunakan dengan nilai (ns) yang lebih kecil.
- Jangan menggunakan diode general purpuse untuk sirkit Horisontal atau SMPS. Sebaliknya diode Fast Recovery tidak masalah jika dipakai untuk penyearah ac 50/60Hz
